If you like to skate and want to get in shape, our group is for you. We welcome all types of skaters, (derby, free style or artistic) using quads or roller blades. Randy has been riding mountain bikes since 1980 and has a rich history of Snow Skiing and Ski coaching experience. We have been amazed how in only a couple hours we people make great progress in their bicycling skills. We work on performance braking and turning, obstacles, leaning the bike, rough terrains, safety and smiling.
We are a group of trail runners that enjoy running on the dirt and exploring the incredible trail network around Sacramento without having to drive to Folsom or Auburn.
